On the second day of the iBSim conference – Tuesday 18th October, we will be running a training course:
Session 1: Introduction to XCT and the CIL framework for reconstruction of commercial lab-based XCT data with FBP/FDK
Session 2: Pre-processing of XCT data, e.g. centre of rotation correction
Session 3: Iterative reconstruction methods for standard XCT data
Session 4 (choose one of):
- Reconstruction of data simulated from gVXR
- Advanced iterative reconstruction with spectral XCT data
- Advanced iterative reconstruction on laminography XCT data
