The CIL team will be running a tutorial at the ESRF user meeting on the 10th February as part of the T1 tutorial on volume image analysis of tomographic data. The tutorial will provide an introduction to the basic principles and concepts of volume image analysis with various software packages and methods, followed by practical training sessions. The CIL session will focus on data processing and reconstruction methods with CIL. This will include examples of using CIL to reconstruct ESRF data and develop custom model-based reconstruction methods for synchrotron data. The practical session will introduce the basic concepts of CIL including data readers, processors and analytical and iterative reconstruction.
