AI, data science, deep learning, machine learning, etc. are all keywords that have attracted intense attention from researchers in mathematical sciences in the last decade. Nevertheless, women tend to engage less with AI than men.

In this context the 5-day event will give the opportunity to women mathematicians to have either a first contact with AI in research or to enhance their skills in AI while building new collaborations and partnerships, working on challenges designed in collaboration with industrial partners.

CIL Training

As part of the hackathon a half day training on CIL, tomography and links to AI will be given.
